Our “Ready, Steady, Move!” (RSM) program combines dance, Pilates, and yoga with Spanish vocabulary learning. RSM uses songs, games, stories, and exercises to improve children’s flexibility, balance, muscular endurance, and language skills.
RSM is not just a fitness program—it’s a lifestyle approach that teaches children lifelong healthy habits.
